What to expect

Independent.

We have no partnerships, no commissions, no preferred hotel lists. When we recommend something, it's because we mean it. Our opinion is ours — and it's the only thing we sell.

Personal.

You will never speak to anyone other than us. No assistants, no account managers. Cassia and Rafael, start to finish.

Firsthand.

Between us, we've been to more than eighty-five countries. We don't research from a desk. If we haven't been somewhere ourselves, we go before we send you.

Flexibel.

Some clients want to shape every detail. Others want to hand
us a set of dates and forget about it until they board the plane.
Both work. You decide how involved you want to be.

One trip, one site.

Before you leave, we build you a personal travel page — your full itinerary, background on every place, our personal tips, all your documents. Everything in one place. No digging through emails.

You reach out, we set up a call — phone or video, your choice.

That first call is short: where you've been, where you're drawn to, how you like to travel. Do you explore or do you rest. What you eat, what you avoid. The hard facts if you have them — dates, destinations, budget. If you don't, that's fine too.

That call is also for us. We take on few clients, and we need to know this is the right fit — for both sides.

From there, we go to work. We come back with an initial proposal. You react, we adjust. As many rounds as it takes. When the plan is set, we handle everything — flights, hotels, transfers, visas, restaurant bookings, the details you'd forget and the ones you wouldn't think of.

During your trip, we're reachable around the clock. Not a hotline. Us.

When you're back, we talk again. Not because we have to. Because we like to know.
