We reject the commodified luxury market. Our clients do not need another suite at a global brand. They need someone who knows that the most extraordinary night in Oaxaca is spent in a century-old hacienda with a family who cooks mole from a recipe that predates the building itself. Or that the finest way to experience the Norwegian coast is aboard a former fishing vessel, captained by a marine biologist, anchoring in fjords that see fewer than a hundred visitors a year.

This practice was born from a simple frustration: having the means to travel anywhere, yet finding it increasingly difficult to feel genuinely surprised. So we started building a network — not of luxury brands, but of people. The hotelier who runs three rooms above a vineyard in Piemonte. The retired archaeologist who leads private walks through sites that don’t appear on any tour. The chef in Lima who will only cook for six. Over time, this network became something worth sharing.

Atelier Grosso earns its place beside the client, not behind a hotel’s commission desk. We accept no commissions, no referral fees, no preferred-supplier payments from any hotel, airline, or experience provider. Our revenue comes from a transparent service fee aligned with the quality and ambition of the journey — never with the margin a property is willing to pay us. Every recommendation exists because it earned its place.
